After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive updates again, just sign up or opt-in as you did the first time.

If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program or need assistance, you can reply directly to any text with the keyword “HELP”, or call us directly at 616-956-1119.

4. Cost and Frequency

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and order status.

  • If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We deeply respect your privacy. No mobile information or phone numbers will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
