2. How to Opt-Out / Stop
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive updates again, just sign up or opt-in as you did the first time.
3. How to Get Help
If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program or need assistance, you can reply directly to any text with the keyword “HELP”, or call us directly at 616-956-1119.
4. Cost and Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and order status.

5. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
